Refund policy

We want you and your kids to genuinely love Wobbo. If something is not right, we will make it right. This policy sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, it never replaces them.

The Wobbo 30 day happy guarantee

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item should be in its original condition with all pieces and, where possible, its packaging, and you will need proof of purchase such as your order number.

How to start a return

Email support@wobbotoys.com with your order number and a quick note about why you are returning the item. We will reply with simple return instructions within one business day. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, so we can point it to the right address.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we approve and process refunds within 3 business days, back to your original payment method. Please allow a further 7 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to show the funds.

Return shipping

If the return is because the item is faulty, not as described, or arrived damaged, we cover the return shipping. For change of mind returns, the return postage is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service so your parcel does not go missing on the way back.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your Wobbo arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us a photo or a short video within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, including any shipping you paid. No need to send it back before we sort it out.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
