These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wobbo Toys website and your purchases from it. By using our store you agree to these terms. Wobbo Toys is operated by RBS Ecom Pty Ltd.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products, colours and prices accurately. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit order quantities.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and provide a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund and Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.
Product use and safety
Wobbo is designed for children aged 6 and up and should be used with normal adult supervision appropriate to the child's age. Please read and follow the instructions included with the product.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Wobbo name, logo, text, images and video, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wobbo Toys is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding their price.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
